Our mission
The Vo Sisters wish, first and foremost, to develop dentistry that is family-oriented, professional and dynamic, through an gentle and welcoming approach. To this end, they will prioritize active listening and a personalized service, in order to clearly determine the needs of their patients.
the vo sisters
Born from parents in the "Boat People" generation and raised with lots of love, Mireille and Jocelyne, despite their seven-year difference of age , have grown together with complicity. They have witnessed the sustained effort of their parents and the many sacrifices they have made to get to where they are today. Their mother, also a dentist, has deeply inspired them to move in the same direction.
It is therefore with great enthusiasm that the Vo sisters, Jocelyne and Mireille, decided to build a project together by opening a dental clinic, reflecting their unique philosophy.
Jocelyne Vo, DMD
After numerous implications in the student community (class vice-president then president), and summers spent in scientific research, it is with great pride that Jocelyne received her Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Montreal with a Dean’s List nomination in 2006. Subsequently, Jocelyne attended a prestigious one-year multidisciplinary residency program at the Jewish General Hospital.
In 2007, she started her private practice in three different dental clinics in Montreal, in addition to teaching part-time residents of the Jewish General Hospital. Since 2009, she obtained a clinical instructor position in removable prosthodontics and implantology at the University of Montreal, while maintaining her private practice. Annually, she is invited to speak during a career-orientation conference to promising students of a private high school in Outremont.
Jocelyne updates regularly her knowledge in various fields, from dentistry to management. In 2009 and 2010, she attended several cosmetic dentistry seminars at the University of Toronto. Since 2011, she is a member of the Société dentaire de Laval. She annually attends the national dental conference given by the Ordre des Dentistes du Quebec.
Jocelyne lives in the area, not far, with her husband and her two young children. She loves photography, snowboarding, wild camping, and dancing Argentine Tango.
Mireille Vo, DMD
After starting physiotherapy studies at McGill University, Mireille moved to Quebec City to complete her Doctorate in Dental Medicine at Laval University in 2015. During her program, Mireille had the opportunity to do an internship at the Université de Montpellier I, in France, for three months.
In July 2015, she attended a one-year multidisciplinary residency program at the Hôpital Notre-Dame du CHUM and at the University of Montreal. In March 2016, Mireille was invited to the "National Resident Straumann Symposium" in Atlanta, in the United States, to attend several conferences on dental business management and advertisement. In June 2016, she received her certificate of multidisciplinary residency at the University of Montreal and was offered an official clinical instructor position in Operative Dentistry, in the same university, where she gets in touch with dental students of various levels.
Mireille is constantly trying to improve her art and has over 65 additional hours of continuing dental education on all aspects of dentistry in the past year.
Mireille now lives in Ville Saint-Laurent, loves maintaining great relationships with peers and carries a great passion for dancing, traveling and photography.
